Complete the attached form return to the club (preferably in person) so we can propose and second your membership.

All fee are pro-rata after 1st Jan each year.

Fee for members for 2010/11 are:

Full Membership $150

Student $65

Junior $50

Social $26

Practice $52

Super Veterans $90 (aged 80+)
